It was on sale yesterday for sure. Didn't notice it today but it might still be.

No, the bundle was on-sale with San Andreas (25%) off which meant you were getting GTAV at full price plus San Andreas for free. Already have San Andreas.

No, if you went to the GTA V separately it was on sale itself. About $20 off.
