@DustinB3403 I went with their entry level Unifi AP a little over a year ago and I've had absolutely 0 issues with it.

I love the UAP-AC-Lite units that we have at work. @JaredBusch "Ubiquiti ERX for $60 and a UAP-AC-LITE for $80." $140, done. Less than a decent "gaming" router!

I love Ubiquiti ERX, and I love it even more after powering it via POE. One cable and power brick less.

@JaredBusch that Ubiquiti ER X only has 1 POE out port on it, is that correct.
The only reason I ask was I was considering adding 2 AP's to the house.

It is only a single PoE out. But all the UAP units come with the injector so you will have power for the second one still.
Your other choice would be to buy a small EdgeSwitch depending on how much you want to professionalize everything.
They just released/announced a 16 port 150W EdgeSwitch.

Get POE switch. ToughSwitch or Pro for example.

I was actually considering wiring up the house with the in-wall units.

The reason I was considering these in-wall units was because of the fact that I'd have to run wiring anyways for the new AP's.
Might as well get something that is discrete, as well as functional (Ethernet to hard wire in)

I was thinking Medical could benefit from this too. Higher AP density without them in the ceiling. Although I know how some facilities are wired and doubt I would trust it.

The big problem that I see with those in-the-wall units is that they are slow. 150Mb/s... half as slow as the AC Lite units which are only 30$ more.

Exceptionally few people would ever have a real issue with that.
Those exceptionally few people have home servers and SSD's heh.

I'm running at 150Mb/s now... I could use a bit more speed. Granted I am one of those people.
