@Bill-Kindle What? I'm confused on the context of the statement. Not the statement itself...

              1. Firefly, Doctor Who Series 1 (and beyond), Coupling, Downton Abbey, and lots more.
              2. The Cosby Show - this was the one show that my family sat down and watched together every Thursday night while I was growing up. When Scott and I recently re-watched it, we realized that viewing it as a parent is an entirely new experience, and so much funnier.
              3. Last of the Mohicans. I watched this with my high school boyfriend, and I was crying so hard at the end that I was mortified for him to see me that way, but I couldn't help it. I'm talking SOBBING. Over a movie. sigh
              4. I HATE Dumb & Dumber. Ugh.
              5. Frozen is the last new movie I saw in a theatre. It was awesome.

@dominica has to love Last of the Mohicans. It is one of the Leatherstocking Tales. And she grew up in the NY Leatherstocking named after the book series.

I don't remember saying that. I sometimes think I'm a little absent-minded but I can't be sure about that either...

@Dominica In regards to your number 2, I agree. There are a lot of shows that when you watch them as a kid and watch them as an adult it's almost like two entirely different shows. I've never seen Last of the Mohicans but I've always heard good things about it. As far as the sobbing, I cry like a hormonal pregnant woman at a fair amount of movies. Not ashamed to admit it. How can you hate Dumb and Dumber?! And I heard Frozen was good but haven't seen that either.

@bill-kindle What is this "normal" of which you speak? I've heard of this concept referenced over and over but never understood it.

If you like comedy, check out Better Off Ted on Netflix. Sad it lasted only 2 seasons.

I really enjoyed the Battlestar. Galactica, so recently I spent two weeks the entire original series.... Wow was Galactica 1980 was just awful.

LOL, yeah it was. I loved that show as a kid. @dominica and I watched all of the old ones maybe five or six years ago straight through. Classic, but awful.
