Weekend Plans

Tomorrow @Mike-Ralston's girlfriend is coming for the day and if the weather cooperates we will be hiking down to Buttermilk Falls in Leroy NY. Celebrating his Bday a little more with @art_of_shred's side of the family. And trying to get a nice long nap in. They are calling for the dreaded 4 letter word here this weekend. I hate the next season.

Oh man, please don't let it start snowing this weekend. Although Connecticut doesn't get snow as early as Upstate NY normally, being close to the water has its advantages. But that means it could be here soon too.

Not unusual for us to get a little snow after the 15th each year. But next week will be in the high 60's again so not all is lost.

We have @ryanov here this weekend. We are thinking about maybe heading down to Isla Ometepe.

My friends are having a try a(or 6) new beer night. There is 6 of us and we are each supposed to bring a 6 pack of something we we've never had.

I finished Breaking Bad, so probably Netflix and chill, but as a denotation, not the common connotation.

It should be... I've had most of the beers that I am able to get in town (West Texas... Coors light is what everyone drinks, so not alot of variety) I'm hoping one of the markets got some new stuff in.

Off to a gig tonight (buddy is playing but we will join in a jam some). Should be lots of fun. Tomorrow night will be relaxing for me! @art_of_shred has a Halloween gig in the middle of nowhere'sville, so staying home!

We rented the same crappy white Yaris that we had last weekend. So this weekend @ryanov, @dominica and I are taking the kids down the southern Pacific coast of Nicaragua. Probably going to hit San Juan del Sur (famous surfing resort town) and the volcanic island of Ometepe. Will probably get to physically see (but not touch) Costa Rica and might hit the autonomous eastern provinces.

Decided to not go exploring until tomorrow. So this evening @ryanov and I drove east to Jinotepe just to get in an hour drive. Just got home. About to explore Granada for some food and drinks.
Driving south to San Juan del Sur and Ometepe tomorrow.
