Permission error when clicking on the upvote post count

The reason you get it, is because it is an actual function.

On my Gaming forum where I am admin, if I click on that, I get this.

Click on the number of upvotes and not either of the arrows. That generally gives the permissions issue.

Happens on the NodeBB community forum also.

It is a permissions issue based on User level.

We haven't even gotten 0.9.1 installed yet - although hoping to be able to do that this weekend.
