Mac OSX for XenServer

Does anyone happen to have a link to download a working base disk image of OSX I can run on XenServer?

I think you can get it directly from Apple. I've never seen anyone run OSX on XenServer (nor XenServer on a Mac) so no idea about how well it works or if the good PV drivers will be available. OSX is not considered a major target (it's even behind Dragonfly) so support is nominal.

Per Apple license, I believe it still has to be virtualized on mac hardware.

Just clarifying since OP didn't state what XenServer was running on.
