              Where do you see hot swap network cards? It's just SFP/SFP+ Nics. Pretty standard. Dell doesn't make them but, you can have them in the server with custom orders.

                    You can get hot swap PCIe. PCI was always hot swap, too. Not common, but some servers have it. I've had servers for my home lab with it before.

                      Now that I took a sec to zoom in on the picture I see that. Here I was looking forward to even easier to service servers, my dreams have been shattered!
