What Are You Doing Right Now

So I think I've found a good groove. Only been two days, but great so far. Our campus has a couple locker rooms with showers. So I just lift in the morning before I get here. Come here and take a shower, and then just walk upstairs to my desk.

My wife has gotten her tablet stuck on "read everything to me" mode. it is hilarious. She can't turn it off. She is sitting here with the silly tablet saying "slider... slider", "Display brightness", "navigate up, settings, display" over and over and over. She is ready to throw the thing across the patio.
One of my users got their phone stuck on that mode... it takes a little bit to figure out how to operate it in that mode to get in and turn it off.

It's a metal kind of morning over here..... got Gojira blasting right now, getting the morning reports collected, then I'm outta here at 1. Yay Friday.

nearly home time for the weekend!! Can't wait, it's been a long week (and eventful too) and I cant wait to relax and chill (and hopefully the headaches will go away)

AC Compressor went out for the area my office is in... its getting warm...

Spent over an hour on the phone trying to explain to an "IT director" the difference between a router and a switch... and then about 15 minutes later he emailed, asking if it was ok for him to plug his incoming fiber connection into a switch on his network.

Finally got the Ubuntu 16.04 install moving along.

Got the latest Ubuntu installed.

Just got my desk at work rearranged. 3 27" monitors right now. Will be 5 by July. All different systems though, since the gov't doesn't understand how things work.

Took the family to the zoo yesterday.
Mini-nadnerB was totally stoked. Up early hardly able to contain the excitement of his first trip to the zoo.To add a little more grandeur there were dinosaur displays that moved (head and tail).
I might put some pictures up later.

And we actually get a response...
but the thread is about his password... password for what? He still won't way. Why we are now talking about laptops instead of email servers I have no idea. And why is he running 32bit systems? And... four posts in... we still don't even know what the question is about. Can't change what password? We have no idea. Changing it with what? No one knows.
