YouTube and Vimeo yes. Embed being the operative word. AFAIK, no image posting yet.

Why would you refuse to watch a video in which a scientific experiment was conducted to measure the amount of splash generated by artificial poo of varying sizes and shapes? That's just silly. There's nothing inappropriate or offensive about that video.
