Cisco IOS upgrade from ROMmon Mode

 I having issue in booting the Cisco 6540 L2 Switch which needs to booted from the ios where the roman mode error is present. I need to boot the device help on it with any link now. It is urgent.

 I've never heard of Roman Mode! Did the network cross the Rubicon?
