It makes sense though. You may have passed the exams but failed to grasp real world concepts and implications.

The only way to know is ask. Must have been one of those certification mills/2day cramp bootcamps.

Sad thing is I don't even have my CCNA/CCNP and I think I at least have just a little bit more knowledge then him. Kinda makes these certs seem less valuable.
