Contact Information for Skytech

SIL bought a DOA Skytech Archangel via Amazon. Machine arrived DOA and we can't find a website for the manufacturer and the machine came with no contact information that can be found. Skytech does not appear to have a website. Website, phone, contact us page, support.... cannot find any of that stuff.

I would contact the seller via Amazon.

If it was just purchased go through Amazon.

I agree - go though Amazon... While not the same vendor, I had issue with a purchase, and got pretty quick response from them... This was the HP Inkjet debacle.

Ideally we just want tools to fix it, not to return it, though. Not sure how much Amazon will help outside of a full return.

The contact via Amazon put me in direct contact with DROK and iKONG; so I would expect - not assume - They would be the same.
