I cannot get any invitation from Spiceworks

I already configured the mail server Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and had some troubles to get the invitation from Spiceworks after putting this in the mail settings. I am doing the tests with OWA (Outlook Web Access) and I could not get anything yet.
Hope you can help to solve this issue.

Pues creé una nueva cuenta de correo para el servidor donde tengo alojado el Spiceworks para outgoing mail and incoming mail, hasta el momento no tuve problema con eso. Pero al crear usuarios las invitaciones a los correos no salen o no les llegan.
Configure por otro lado una máquina virtual para el servidor de correo con el sistema operativo Windows Server 2008 R2 y al hacer un test del servidor a través de la url: http://mxtoolbox.com/

Aunado a ello me pide que lo agregue a una lista blanca pero no se donde se hace esto desde el Microsoft Exchange 2007.
Todos los correos tienen el mismo dominio y no les llega la invitacion al correo.

Las listas blancas en Exchange 2007 sólo se pueden realizar con PowerShell. Es por eso que no lo ves en la interfaz gráfica.

Para incluir en la lista blanca una lista de usuarios:
Set-ContentFilterConfig -BypassedSenders user@mydomain.com,user2@mydomain.comPara incluir en la lista blanca una lista de dominios:

@scottalanmiller ya te respondió sobre cómo crear las whitelists para las pruebas desde mxtoolbox.
Partimos con el hecho de que tu exchange esta funcionando correctamente cierto?
Desde el servidor donde esta instalado spiceworks puedes acceder a tu exchange? Podrías conectarte mediante OWA para verificar la conectividad.
Y también podrías postear una captura de la configuración que pusiste en spiceworks.

He creado las listas blancas pero aun asi me presenta los mismo errores al realizar el test proporcionado en la parte superior.
Que otra cosa en la configuración del Microsoft Exchange se necesita realizar?

Si, el Exchange Server 2007 esta funcionando correctamente.
Puede hacerle ping al servidor de correo desde el servidor donde esta instalado el Spiceworks pero no puedo acceder al owa desde ahi, en este sentido como se resuelve este detalle si puedo alcanzar el ping?

Cual es la terminación del url con el que estas accediendo a exchange? ej: https://exchange tudominio.com/owa

@Romo desde el servidor del correo todo bien, me redirige a la pagina que debe ser y ya luego al aceptar en opciones avanzadas me muestra el portal del OWA. El problema es que ese mismo link al quererlo abrir desde el servidor del Spiceworks no lo hace, pero si funciona el ping como te decia. El link que he colocado en las configuraciones de correo del spiceworks es: https://mail.midominio.net/owa

@maalmeida con la ip ya nos esta dando acceso a OWA, no se abre por las configuraciones de seguridad del Explorer en los servidores.
Ese error no te lo daba cuando accesabas mediante el nombre de dns cierto?

@maalmeida intenta usar https://10.28.19.26/owa como el url de configuracion en spiceworks, si sigue sin funcionar hay que intentar con /exchange. Te marque con negritas las partes de la configuracion que explican los porques. Ya en el peor de los casos, si sigue sin funcionar podrias intentar activar IMAP en tu Exchange y usar IMAP como protocolo de comunicacion en spiceworks.
De la documentacion de spiceworks
Exchange Settings
In addition to the protocols above, Spiceworks also supports Exchange. Spiceworks uses OWA (Outlook Web Access) with Exchange (2003, 2007 and 2010). Configuring the Help Desk for Exchange is a little different than for the other protocols. We support both basic and FBA (Forms-Based Authentication) with Exchange. Spiceworks will automatically detect this for you.
Protocol: If you want to use Exchange, select it as the protocol.
Server: This is your Exchange server url. If you access your Exchange server's web interface by visiting https://mail.yourcompany.com then you will enter https://mail.yourcompany.com/exchange. If the OWA interface is at a different URL (for example: https://mail.yourcompany.com/owa), please enter that URL. If the URL doesn't work you may have to use the IP address of the exchange server (for example, http://192.168.1.1/exchange).
Username: This is the username for the mailbox. Please note that this may be the full email address helpdesk@yourcompany.com or domainname\username or just helpdesk, depending on your configuration.
Password: This is the password for your mailbox.
Troubleshooting Exchange Problems
Spiceworks relies on Outlook Web Access to integrate with your Exchange server. When configuring your email settings in Spiceworks, you should use /exchange rather than /owa (e.g. https://exchange.mycompany.com/exchange). The reason for this is that Spiceworks communicates with your OWA server using WebDAV, and in Exchange 2007, the WebDAV extensions are only enabled in /exchange.
If you're having trouble getting the mail integration to work, here are some things to try:
Make sure the machine you've installed Spiceworks on can reach the OWA server using the URL you've entered in Spiceworks.- Ensure that /exchange is enabled for OWA.
- Ensure that either Basic Authentication or Form-Based Authentication is enabled for OWA.
- Ensure that you haven't disabled WebDAV extensions on the /exchange virtual server.****
