Now we see why the CompTIA tests have so many problems. Anyone with the knowledge and skills to help are barred from assisting. While their requirements are trivially low for contributors. So they get people, but not people you would want and they essentially eliminate anyone that could be an authority in any way. Whereas their competition for the same tests target the other group.

LOL - true. But then again you're on call 24/7. Most SMB IT folks I know aren't.

Not entirely. I make it a point to see everything, 24/7, but only choose to do anything about it M-F/8-5.
