      AT reports on the release of the new Microsoft Surface Pro 5 which will include new CPU options, but which will keep the proprietary power connector. Thurrott says that the new 5 isn't revolutionary, more of just an update to the existing offering.

          I agree, if the Surface Pro 4 was a solid device, but a little long in the tooth for modern performance, then it seems like a CPU refresh was exactly what it should have had.

            @scottalanmiller i'm not saying that this is going to fix all the problems of the service line because that's not gonna happen but still it doesn't have to be revolutionary it just needs to be affixed device
