Salmon roe is very tasty.
It may be, but I'd much prefer them aged and with fins. Much tastier in my opinion.

This looks deliciousOnly in the US is bread dangerous. Here in Ukraine and in Europe in general, it is so healthy that you can eat it all of the time.
I would be curious to get a bread recipe from Europe or the Ukraine and try it... I like the smell of fresh baked bread,...

I'm sorry that I didn't get pics, no idea why I did not think of it. But we had two meals on Ukrainian Air yesterday, both quite good. The first was fish croquets with bulgar, side of veggies, roll and a coconut cake dessert that Liesl just raved about.

The second was fish fillet with bulgar (the bulgar sounds boring but was delicious both times), cheese with dill, roll again and a sort of jam cake Napolean thing that was really awesome.

Made brats and corn.

And drinking water.

Dad just made eggs and potatoes for a late breakfast.

She loved it. It was good. I tried it but she wasn't sharing beyond a taste.

I really prefer the smaller roe, like tobiko and masago. Mostly textural, salmon roe taste great.
