I have 2 kids, and like me, they both like electronics and computers. My daughter is going to 2nd grade next year and was thinking that I need to go ahead and start exposing her to Fedora before she starts to get too used to Windows.

However, I still want to limit how much time she spends on it too. Is there a way of locking her account or computer after so much time has been spent on it?

Fedora or Korora? Korora is probably a little nicer for a non-power user.

Either or. I've not set on a certain distro yet, as long as it's a fedora derived.

Korora has a lot of spit and shine.
