We had a small update pushed earlier today, uptime is now displayed in logical units. Not just all in seconds, any longer.

We just rolled out another small bug fix release. Nothing to see, but it just came up. Hopefully the collection jobs are more solid.

Small release just went out, mostly updates to wording on the deep dive drill down asset view.

This was weeks ago, I got it resolved by removing salt and reinstalling.

Cool - pretty much the same I had to do. I only asked since it did'nt appear that there was a comment that you had fixed it.

Happens when works gets in the way and (looks at watch) Oh look... is I don't have to;

Okay, our latest update has just released. It's up and running now.

Okay, another release has gone out. Departments are a drop down now, so you can actually track things by department usefully.

Latest release is out, checking out the new features now.

New feature is that after a ticket has been opened, you are now able to add additional "CC" contacts on both the customer and the tech support sides.

@quixoticjustin : I notice that the Quixotic team is spending a lot of time on the ticketing end of things but the asset screen is getting little love. When will one be able to view running processes, inspect the event log, uninstall an application, etc?
