I'm in the same boat. Last email was of you applying the update, then radio silence. Attempted to change settings to get the same error.

Yes, mine were setup as 30 30 by default (Not changed by me) . I changed it to 20 now.

@scottalanmiller a long time ago there were issue with defaults not being properly made for a lot of people. That may still be happening. or these users were affected and have never updated settings since.

also @scottalanmiller a max of 20 posts per page is stupid.
I would put in a ticket to get that value raised.
I do not use paginaiton here, but on sites where you are required to, I always set posts to 50 if giving an option.

I just found out the two Server 2016 VMs I created for an Oracle Agile PLM project is worthless, as they don't support anything past Server 2012 R2... in which mainstream support ends in less than a year, immediately putting us into technical debt, and most likely setting us up for an unnecessary migration later to Server 2016.
There was definitely some miscommunication.
