Wish I could... this particular customer has no internal IT, a bad MSP, and they generally call our support for dumb IT questions. But they don't ever talk to me directly, so that's a plus.

You can't make this crap up:
So I had a call a bit ago with someone (who found me on facebook) that is looking for IT work. Willing to work for any wage. Was going to ITT Tech but didn't graduate because they got shut down. He can't find a college to take his credits from ITT Tech (well yeah). So I ask what his experience is. He is great with his smartphone (I ask what his phone is. it's not a smartphone). He doesn't own a computer and never has. He is a receptionist for a Gym that's the only job he has ever had.
I give the guy points for wanting to work in IT and reaching out to someone and being willing to do anything. But ummm, no. I did offer him an internship position, I did tell him he had to get a computer and internet etc. first.
I can't make this crap up.

Sweet. Have you considered setting up a personal FreePBX box and sending him a phone that will connect to it? No more International calling rates.

Sure but I get quadruple overtime after 5 hours with a minimum of 40 hours a week.

Why buy a phone. . . just use Linphone or Zoiper.

We talk through Whatsapp and Telegram so far, I can link him to my VoIP.ms account though if I wanted to.
