No Means to Contact Legal for Sherweb

Dealing with Sherweb, the Canadian web host, they are hosting a scam website copied from our client's. We've been trying for a month to get the site taken down and they just give you a run around. Everyone you speak to has a different channel to speak to and claims that they can't do anything. Very unhappy dealing with them. Everything is an excuse and dead ends. They keep their legal department hidden behind layers of "helpless support people" who can't pass you on to anyone and just give you email addresses that get ignored.

Why not just send a C&D letter to their listed address?

I think he already did that and past that.

We sent a C&D, they totally ignored us.

We called them, got legal reps, and sent to the addresses they told us to.

The lawyer and I got a bit nastier and finally someone in tech support gave up the "real" legal contact info after all kinds of run around. We've had their attorney respond now, after a month of going after them. They only responded when we got a bit more angry and included their upstream vendor in the conversation (they resell Tucows) so they had their partner watching them because they knew we'd be knocking on their door next to ask Sherweb to be shut down.
