Just working on multiple maintenance of servers from Ubuntu 14.04 to Ubuntu 18.04....

      Huh... 14.04?

yes, there were some servers with 14.04 which we upgraded to 16.04 and then now to 18.04

How are you getting them to 18.04 I thought the repos were taken down. .

Should be up for a long time, those are LTS repos.

Waiting on my caffeine to kick in so I can go yell at Dell to get them to send somebody down here to fix this blasted server that's been down all week.

I hate ISE, I won't touch it. So cumbersome.

trying to address some digital sprawl.. It's not directly easy with the number of 'loose' drives. But getting through a bit of stuff...

Closed a few tickets - which is good. Trying to also see about some documentation.

Check out VSCode. It's pretty cool, and you can get real debugging tools instead of having to program in a lot of write-host / read-host lines, lol.
