fucking monday . No one knows how to drive, had to cut through the city to get to work because of a car accident that shut down the interstate after dropping my son off for school.
Getting ready to head down an hour from The office to fix a Kitchen printer and replace a power brick at a different site in the same city. -

we replaced the original with a new out the box cisco 8 port switch.

Someone apparently turned off the breaker to the ONT at one of my locations. No one thought to turn the breaker back on until the batteries died in the ONT and the phones and internet stopped working. It was down 3 hours, and no one seemed to care, even though some people were without power in their office that whole time.
