Just put some black beans on to simmer for a while. Jerk chicken marinating, might even do some real yellow rice (with saffron instead of turmeric).
-
 Fried clams cooking right now.
-
Simmering some chicken thighs in broth/tomato paste/chipotle/sazon/onion/garlic for some Cinco de Mayo tacos de gringo. Pinto beans in the instant pot, might do some corn or something too.

 Fried spring rolls at home.
-
 Tonkatsu ramen at home

I've been waiting for a few weeks now for our good tonkatsu place to open back up.. Good as always. Motoko makes it from some packaged fresh noodles we buy at Mitsuwa. Edit: Only the noodles are in a package. It is not an entire ramen kit.
