Looking for a single music app!

I'm looking for an audio program that can:
-
allow me to create a music playlist
-
export the contents of the playlist to CSV and/or XLSX
-
concatenate several MP3 files into a single audio file
I've tried Media Money, that allows me to export to CSV &/or XLSX
I've tried Audacity, that allows me concatenate
I've tried VLC that allows me to create playlistsBut I've not found a single program that allows me to do all 3. They all may be able to do it, but I can't find info on how.
If anyone can help with any info I'd be glad to hear from you including info on a single program that'll do all 3.

@siringo The first two are media player things. the last is a media edit.. you would not expect to find those together.

@JaredBusch yep it is, but I'm trying to put a podcast together, so I'm after some sort of audio create/edit program.

I haven’t used foobar2000 for awhile but it might be worth checking out.

yep, it works for concatenating the files quite well. just fiddling around with it now.
