About 2 years ago my girlfriends parents were selling their house. We completely renovated everything from pulling the floor to ceiling mirrors, ripping up the pink carpet, and refinishing all of the floors.
The house sold in 2 weeks, for a very substantial profit.
Be patient with the process, and you might just get lucky.

You can but it screws with their virtual host for some reason. Instead of going to my instance, it went to the main spiveworks hosted support.

It's really simple to set up. It doesn't have a ton of functions, just set up types and some custom fields (from what I've seen so far) but if you just need a simple application it looks fine.
