This is completely the wrong approach - and if others around you find out about it you'll be despised by them. We have this issue in our office. People are suppose to log themselves into the queue, but they hate taking phone calls, so they just don't join. When people notice the complaints about them begin.

I'm signed into the queue, AFAIK, but they may not have dropped me in on the backend yet. I'm gonna go check with them in a minute.

Always Happens. Even when I've sent out emails saying we will be doing server upgrades overnight so make sure you close all open files.. always still happens.
