I live "most of the time" in Europe so it is more important for me. I'll be in Greece, Romania and Canada at a minimum more than the US this year.

I obey my body... if it says I am hungry, then I eat. If it says I am sleepy, I sleep (well... except when at work, lol)... etc, etc...
