I've never seen that happen.
I've only heard of this ever happening one time, and the only reason I heard about it is because the seller showed up unexpectedly and the whole taboo of the situation was being talked about amongst my friends. 50/50? No way.

My XS pool is stating (when creating a VM with 7 vDisks) that it cannot create any more disk for this VM and fails out...

I think I found the issue, without the XS drivers installed you're limited to 7 devices per VM.
Once I get the drivers installed I should be good..

For anyone curious how to check if you are thin-provisioned on XS.
xe sr-list uuid=0080fb0b-ef6e-257e-8248-4199ef6f51b4 params=allObviously enter your UUID.

Why XenServer so severely limits storage always made me scratch my head. Was the pool setup as an LVM pool?
I'm using HALizard to configure the two into a DRBD pool, when I created it, the system selected the default settings.
