On the other hand... what are you paying for standard gasoline (no super etc)? Same for your homes... When you want to build a normal house, it's like 200k EUR+ here
200K USD is what we were looking at to start our new house in upstate NY. If we were going to build from scratch. Then the taxes on a new build are ridiculous. Makes more sense to buy and renovate then build new.

LVM stands for different things in different contexts. There is no possible right answer for that question as both your answer and his are possible right ones. Although clearly they just screwed this one up as it repeats the answer incorrectly.

yeah that was kinda my point, It means both of the answers on the right, but he can't even agree with what he selected as the right answer in his reasoning for why he chose that!
