@thwr tomato soup is essentially thin ketchup, that's heated to the point that it scalds your mouth.
It's tasty, but meh.

I prefer to do it myself. So from fresh tomatoes or maybe from "ready to use tomato pieces" (hope you get it). Ketchup? Really? No wonder everyone is complaining about eating too much sugar over at your place

Ketchup is terrible in the US, too. They don't even sell the crap that we get everywhere here over there. Ketchup is SO much better in Europe. Even the crappy Heinz brand is higher quality overseas.
