Man, would have loved to win one. And then put Linux Mint on it :cartwheel:
Linux doesn't play well with the Surface line. I've tried it in the past. The touch screen loses all accuracy and there are issues with multi-touch. Very annoying as it would be a great Mint tablet.

Over all I am not impressed with the Surface line at all. It's not a great tablet or laptop....
I have an IPad Pro however and LOVE IT. So easy to use. The Apple Pencil is pretty awesome too.

I was considering getting a Microsoft Book or Surface, I'm glad I changed my mind and held off for a bit. The hinge issues the Book had, ad the issues the surface has would just tick me off.

It's really sad because it had the potential for being really cool. We use it as a test machine for one of our clients. I don't use it for anything else as it is just annoying.

I actually have been looking at windows tablets for our sales and tech support departments. We are currently demoing the hp elite x2, i was not impressed by the surface 4.

Yeah it is a great tablet especially since it under $100. No LTE though.
