I want all stainless everything so my kitchen will look and perform like a commercial kitchen, also known as a 100% functional space. But I don't have a wife to bitch and moan about the decor, so I may actually be able to go stainless.

I would love a fully stainless kitchen but with a husband who can build custom stuff i get stuck with wood.

I wouldn't hate that, but I'm pretty handy in the kitchen myself. I would be in dreamland with a commercial style stainless kitchen.

I'm pretty stoked about it. Only $70, and a regular, plain looking decent cleaver was $50-ish. The choice seemed obvious.
