MOst everything in that thread looks pretty unethical. It's either secret sales people or, more likely, people who made terrible decisions themselves and are trying to make their decision look reasonable by talking other people into making their same mistakes.

"Secret salespeople" sounds like a rather ineffective job role. You need to get out there and sell, but no one can know you're doing it.

Hah, it doesn't get really bad till you get down into the Ohio River Valley between the Cincinnati suburbs and Wheeling, WV. So many old industrial plants just line the river with nobody around, it get's kinda spooky driving it at night.
