I have European friends who don't like ice when in the USA because they don't like the taste of our water. And they definitely avoid tap water like the plague.

In Noto where I live, water only runs two hours a day.

In Noto where I live, water only runs two hours a day. I can only assume that people use cisterns or something to store water they need to use later?
