What Are You Doing Right Now

Now I am sad, there is no alcohol in the house. I would really like a drink.

Yeah, I need to find something in the morning. But only five days left here so can't really buy anything more than one bottle of wine likely.

We had another moving company do an estimate for us. First Company: $1000 <--we happen to know for a fact do a very good job.
Second Company: $600 (high estimate) <--we know nothing about the second company. Now, the first company resides in Long Beach Island, which is big money so that could account for the disparity but am I right to be a little taken back at the price difference?
-
Well if you know and like the work of the first company, was there anything about the second company that makes you think their work is less up to snuff?
-
@DustinB3403 No, but every moving company seems shady from my experience. Lack of information makes me nervous
-
Are you moving across state lines, or just a few towns over? Are both insured? $400 difference is a pretty big amount of money.
-
They are both insured with license #'s and everything

-
So if they are both insured, and have a promise of work, why not save the $400 and go with the lower cost shipper?
-
Yeah I guess. I looked up the lower estimate in the better business bureau and they have only been a company for a few years. The higher has been around for decades.
