Colorado sure did. I loved every bit of it. There was a Mexican restaurant named guadalajara that I LOVED.

Y'all do know that Mexican / Tex Mex can be seasoned, right? No need for Chipotle or Qdoba or any of that other chain nonsense. But then again, I scoff at places that serve lard free refried beans... WTF...

If you're going to get mexican/Tex-Mex, then you might as well come to the south where about every mexican/Tex-Mex restaurant is more than likely owned by a Mexican.
