Yes / no / maybe / wished I knew.
This is the kid that had his appendix obliterate last year... and once finally settled, removed this year. so, likely some PTSD there for him.. but ...ugh.. makes a person want a MRI, CAt, X-Ray and etc...

Heading home for the day. Here's an excerpt from the final ticket response I did today regarding a user receiving NDRs when attempting to reply to an E-mail.
"I see no logs in Exchange for any messages to or from [E-mail address in question] within the last 7 days, so I'm not 100% sure the messages that you're talking about are flowing through our E-mail system."
