@Minion-Queen and I are tag teaming it tonight it seems.. She's had power issues with the strong winds in the NTG-HQ area, and I have just had issues...
I've managed to filter down today's emails,.. but I still have a weeks worth to back sort to make sure all the service items are in the ticket system..
