 @scottalanmiller Doing a new install plug in network card wait a min. 
 then issue
 sudo apt-get update
 sudo apt-get upgrade
 and get some errors can't remember what off the top of my head lol. But i'm just about to do a clean fresh install again and will post if it fails again.

 apt-get update
 that runs fine , then run
 apt-get upgrade
 this gets to around 65% ish and this pops up
  If I reboot the display goes all funny and if I try apt-get update/upgrade I just get errors. Going to have a little play tomorrow see if I can look over the logs see where and what's fails.
