Creating a user for HR because HR cannot remember that IT has a 2-day turn around policy and just hires anybody off of the streets into HR (not really I hope, but that sure is what it feels like).

You mean 2 days to do things now? Seems absurd, set up this new hire, do you have a computer for them? Are you clairvoyant to know when we're hiring people?

Sometimes we get a little busy. Computer is already prep'd and ready to go at their desk. This is more of a matter of getting network resources and email setup for the person.

Only things that take time and consideration to get done correctly so the business and IT departments don't look like fools.

              I understand your plight.

Since @scottalanmiller is no longer posting over there on the peppery circle jerk, I predict Curtis will rise through the ranks to become PC/top poster in no time.

Sometimes you go to lunch where your friend works and you get lots of tap handles...

@rojoloco But why would you need tap handles?

                                    This has changed my life:

                                    Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope process -ExecutionPolicy Bypass

                                    That is all. Carry on.

That works... -executionpolicy remotesigned is also quite nice. 😄

I've used Set-ExecutionPolicy before, but never noticed the "process" scope.

Just don't come inside Cleveland... too risky.
