Gorgeous morning here in dallas. Been sitting outside with coffee.
We got a bit of snow here. Not too bad should, hopefully, melt off by the afternoon.

Put the kids to bed and now enjoying some Starbucks. Today had been busy but good.
My kids won't be considering bed for many, many hours yet.
I can remember 8 PM being bedtime for years when I was a kid.
9:30 is the earliest I remember.
But yet as we get older 9:30 bedtime is awesome.
Now the issue is that I can never get to bed at that time. My kids were still up at 2am
That is your fault. It is your parenting decision not anyone else.

We put them to bed at 11PM. They both had insomnia.

Grr... Last week spoiled me.... I could see the outside,.. and the Plant doors were open, so got to enjoy some sweet weather.
Back home to my dungeon again.. I can't even see a window from my desk.

@scotth but that is still an issue for any on-site electrician to handle. Not something the service provider would address. At least not usually.

We lose a single leg all the time. As far as I know, there is nothing a non-utility worker could do to fix it, and why would they when it's not an internal wiring problem?
Edit: Not ALL the time, but a couple times a year anyway. -

Apparently Georgia Power managed to fuck over part of the feed to the building. They expect to have it back on by 1:45, so half the building is on a long lunch.

It was snowing again in Utah too. Every time we have a nice day or two, we ended up getting rain followed by snow.
