Nortel 4550T-PWR is a 10/100 PoE switch.
The Nortel name alone means it is older than fuck.

@jaredbusch exactly no idea where the pulled it from, manufacturer date's 2007; we replaced all our switches in 2010 and again 2-3 years ago
