Moved on from Coffee to Mountain Dew already..
Updated and closed a few tickets myself.. Even with some documentation.. sigh -

That's the truth. I've known that printers suck, but I never knew how bad it could be until I've seen what our Citrix admins go through.

Im still dealing with this printer, finally got it available on the network, can see everything, but now it wont print a test page. Grr..

Check the port.. I hate that sometimes windows tries to use the WSP driver - I hate that... Port it direct t othe IP

I dont get why it wont print a test page -
