So much coordination to do around here. How to get ready for an international trip and a trip to NYC and organize about 50 different things in less than 2 weeks. I need to write a book....

Well, you have a boat load of stuff running according to your screen shot.
Try putting your phone into aeroplane mode. inconvenient, I know but just for testing it means that you don't have to disable & then enable your bluetooth, GPS, 4G(/LTE) and WiFi.If that works then next charge, you can do a process of elimination to see which one is causing the issue.
Also, how many "recent"/background applications do you have? Try closing them all
Did you install an app recently? Uninstall it & try charging again. I have heard of apps interfering with things that they have, apparently, nothing to do with.

If all else fails, back up and factory reset. -

Just had a recruiter call to offer me a Technician job she was saying how good it paid ($35/hr) and had great benefits. She said it would be a great fit. Only to find out after digging further it was an Automotive Technician job aka a mechanic. She then looked in their database for an IT job and said she could try to get me an IT job at $10/hr. Wow.

It seems anyone can get a job as a recruiter.. I have a US Cellular one that won't quit calling me for a "Great Technical Career" It's a cellphone/plan commission only sales job. Not sure when that became a technical career.
