Worse case she never uses it.
If you have a decent size backyard, building a playhouse for her would be a nice project.

Is there a tornado in your area? Generally these types of things don't just "go flying".

Maybe a former repair that was badly done since it does look nearly square? I feel like maybe they put it up and just painted over it, they didn't even bother trying to do much anything else

It was a lot of pressure as the plank hit it.

Finally cleaning out old emails. One of the those emails is a request to upgrade from 256 MB to 512 MB. It was the dimension 1100 or 2400 desktop.

Speaking of E-mail, it still blows my mind that in an Exchange environment, send E-mail as an alias isn't supported. Even MDaemon can do that.
