  I have incorporated rules for alert spam, which has helped. - 
Something I've never been good (not sure if that's the best word) at, is knowing the best place to put AP's in a building.

I use Ekahau HeatMapper. You place an AP in an area, make a heat map using Ekahau HeatMapper, and adjust the location and map again.

Looks like the review sites are liking NetSpot a bit more than Ekahau these days. I'll have to look into it.

That's as bad as Doctors leaving EHRs logged in anywhere they go.

Well VM consoles are a bit harder for random people to access.

True. The principle of the matter is what bothers me: People not thinking to logout of an administrator account once they're finished, or at least lock the screen when they step away.

Yeah admin console logged in on a VM is a low risk solution and something that can be easily fixed via system policy.

Which makes them safer than EHR's being logged in.
