As both terrible and boring are personal opinions, that is fine. But that, obviously, does not make you a part of the majority response.

No, unrelated. This was a break/fix client of ours. But we responded and had them back online in ~2 hours (most of that time was them forgetting to go through the helpdesk so no one noticed their emails for a bit). Now just cleaning up.

No, unrelated. This was a break/fix client of ours. But we responded and had them back online in ~2 hours (most of that time was them forgetting to go through the helpdesk so no one noticed their emails for a bit). Now just cleaning up.
Still way faster response time compared to @proteksupport, at least from their lack of communication here.

Yup, we had things fixed before they had even responded. And we made things better, whereas they actually crippled the customers while they were waiting for them to start to fix them!

MeshCentral has been working like a champ today. We did an entire ransomware recover day using nothing but MeshCentral, essentially.
