I don't like ZoHo's interface. I've been debating what to do with a few personal domains I have.

I like their email interface a lot. Best, for me, of the big players.
Overall, I think that I like Sogo the most.

I know right? - the icecream truck came by yesterday and there were like 15 kids and a few parents all in circle under 10 ft in diameter.

well, you're mostly making phone calls now, right? so that shouldn't be a problem..
But - can they make your calls look like they are coming from the office, and not your cell/home phone?
I doubt that they have ANY kind of IT staff there. From his stories of support, I doubt that they can manage phones.

We have a Vast Phone system now, with SoftPhones already installed on our Cell Phones,
Plus most calls I make these days are for sales. I still do Tech stuff, installs, and Support, but it's rare. -

No? We're not in lockdown, and we're "essential" because restaurants are still open for takeout and delivery.
Essential is by role, not business. It's not essential to sit in an office doing work that doesn't need to be done in an office. Doctors are essential, too, but can't go to work just for the sake of it.

We hired a company to manage the phones for us because "its easier" then to hire our own IT department. "we are an IT company for POS so we can handle the basics, and hire people to do the rest."

We also honor our "Full Maintenance Contracts" which would require onsite if requested by the customer - For emergencies such as A kitchen Printer goes down, and they dont have a back up. ETC . Those calls are rare these days though..

Yeah, but you don't work from an office to do that. We are essential, and that means we HAVE to work from home except when doing essential onsite work. Going into a central office where we aren't doing that work is forbidden as that act is non-essential and doesn't require being on site. Both conditions must be met.
