Just landed in Fort Lauderdale.
Here for ITEXPO -
After talking to the area's top Subaru expert, I have discovered that my trusty '06 Outback is beyond repair. Apparently the flat 6 motor is ridiculous to work on, and if my car had the regular 4 cylinder, repairs would be very reasonable. At least it has a bunch of catalytic converters that are worth $$, and some other new-ish parts to sell. Hopefully some Subaru enthusiast will buy her to rebuild.
Now I just have to actually find another car... they seem to be in short supply these days.

Our landing approach was super turbulent. Quite happy I only had an orange juice on the flight.

Ouch - the '06 Ridgeline is getting close... We've had it for seventeen years now and just under 280k miles.. things are starting to let go... sigh.. been a good truck.
